I was very pleased as to how my deck turned out.  From the start Richard was great at explaining how he was going to build it and how long he thought it would take to complete it.  He had all kinds of suggestions as to how the deck could be built.  He pointed out specific things that he would do differently on other decks that were in the area and explained why.   I knew that I was going to get a good product once everything was done.  Richard started my deck almost immediately, worked hard for three days, and completed my deck which I had no complaints about.  He defiantly showed me that he was knowledgeable about building and took pride in his work.  I benefited at the end because I got a good looking, sturdy, well built deck.   Thanks Richard.
